We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner – Employee Relations to provide expert, best‑practice industrial and employee relations advice and hands‑on support across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
Lead implementation of Enterprise Agreements including planning, stakeholder engagement and payroll compliance validation
Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial instruments, conduct, performance and employment matters
Lead workplace investigations into serious misconduct ensuring procedural fairness and robust recommendations
Design and deliver learning programs to build capability in industrial relations, investigations and performance management
Prepare high‑quality reports, risk documentation and representation for Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
Partner with stakeholders to support change management, policy development, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
What will you bring?
Tertiary qualification in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, HR, Employment Law or related discipline
Extensive experience in employee and industrial relations within medium to large organisations
Proven success representing matters before Fair Work Commission and other tribunals, including enterprise bargaining
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including union relations, with excellent communication, influencing and problem‑solving capability
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems and work flexibly
Demonstrated experience engaging with unions and supporting enterprise bargaining and agreement implementation
