About This Role
The Sales and Education Representative drives growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and increasing market share while maintaining brand integrity.
This key position focuses on managing the territory's customer base, including salons, wholesalers, and retailers, to achieve sales targets.
In collaboration with the Head of Education, the role leads innovative educational programs that inspire and support clients, enhancing the brand's presence and reputation in the marketplace.
1. Achieve sales goals, maximize brand distribution by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
2. Regularly track KPIs (CPL, DSP, DSR), review performance with the Sales Area Manager, and maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and customer data using eESF and other reporting tools.
3. Build strong partnerships through regular business reviews, tailored promotional activities, and effective territory planning to optimize coverage and meet daily call targets.
4. Ensure effective use of marketing, merchandising, and brand materials in salons and retail outlets to promote brand image and ongoing promotional efforts.
5. Implement and deliver in-salon education, seminars, and training sessions aligned with global standards, supporting both existing customers and new account acquisition via multiple platforms.
6. Drive salon onboarding and conversion with technical product education, hands-on support, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and coaching to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks including expenses, reports, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
8. Continuously develop skills through training programs, share best practices within the team, collaborate with the Sales Area Manager, and participate in company initiatives like Train-the-Trainer and conferences.
