About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide outstanding customer service solutions
* Navigate through systems while maintaining customer engagement on the phone
* Take incoming client calls for any questions relating to their telecommunications account
* Maintain awareness of all consumer needs and offer effective responses
* Handle technology faults, complaints, and troubleshooting issues
* Resolve complaints related to billing or customer service
* Provide exceptional customer experiences
* Escalate to the appropriate group or leader if unable to successfully resolve the issue
Requirements
* Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia (desirable)
* Call centre experience or relevant experience required
