ABOUT THE ROLE
This role works closely with our General Manager and Customer Service team, supporting our national distributor network through phone and email sales support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming sales enquiries from our network of retail tool stores, hardware outlets, automotive retailers and industrial distributors
* Providing product advice and technical guidance across our range of industrial tools and machinery
* Assisting customers with product availability, pricing, quotations and order status
* Managing sales of specialised equipment and machinery, from enquiry through to order completion
* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service and support

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role you will bring both industry knowledge and strong customer service skills .
You will ideally have:
* Industry experience or product knowledge in tools, machinery or industrial equipment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to think clearly, solve problems and make sound decisions
* A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
* A genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service
* Good computer skills and confidence working with email and business systems
* Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication

* Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
