We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Wollongong. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing the team, and ensuring exceptional food safety and quality.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience working in commercial kitchens with at least one year of full-time experience under their belt. Ideally suited to those holding a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery with expertise in Asian cuisine particularly Thai dishes.
