Cricks Tweed is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a New Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of Mitsubishi, Subaru, SsangYong, OMODA JAECOO, and JAC vehicles within the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed regions. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our thriving automotive dealership.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide a premium customer experience by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect vehicle
2. Demonstrate and test drive vehicles to showcase their features and benefits
3. Negotiate sales terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, pricing, and promotions
5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
6. Participate in regular training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the dealership through your sales performance and customer-centric approach
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a New Car Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
4. Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry, including product features, pricing, and promotions
5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
6. A valid driver's licence and the ability to demonstrate and test drive vehicles
