You will work closely with the community to develop and implement strategies that address the root causes of violence, abuse, and neglect. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on clinical work, helping communities heal while influencing the future of trauma-informed care.

* Lead and mentor the iVAN team across the Northern Tablelands, ensuring culturally safe, high-quality service delivery.
* Deliver specialist counselling for individuals and families who have experienced or are at risk of sexual assault, domestic violence, or other forms of abuse and neglect.
* Represent NSW Health at Safety Action Meetings, contributing expertise in multi-agency forums addressing serious domestic and family violence threats.
* Coordinate outreach services to Glen Innes, Tenterfield, and Warialda, expanding access to care.
