to join their aftersales team.
The Role
Carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
Troubleshoot vehicle systems and ensure first-time fix rates
Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and technical teams to deliver outstanding service
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric models
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a technician within a franchised passenger car dealership; ideally with Japanese, Korean or Chinese brands
Manufacturer accreditation and strong diagnostic capabilities
Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is highly desirable
A team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
