Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business units have the necessary products and services, at the right time and price.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal customers to understand their requirements
* Utilize third-party partners to deliver outcomes
* Manage contract registers to ensure timely replacement of expiring contracts
* Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ensure escalations, invoice price adherence, and budget compliance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in a commercial, legal, or engineering-related discipline
* Several years' experience in contract management, supply chain, or commercial teams
* Experience in drafting and/or managing contracts, major equipment contracts, site services, and support contracts
* Extensive experience using computerized ERP systems, particularly SAP
