About the Role
We are seeking a Front Office Guest Service Attendant to be the welcoming face of our resort. Your duties include but are not limited to:
* Providing a high standard of customer service to all guests
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the Property Management System to make reservations and manage guest accounts
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Liaise with the Maintenance team to manage room repairs and maintenance
* Assist guests with all elements of their stay including providing information and directions around the resort and local area, making dinner reservations in the restaurant, recommending local areas of interest and booking tours to enhance the guests' experience
* Completing the day-to-day office administration including banking and reporting
* Maintain excellent relationships with team members across all departments, the local community, tour guides and guests
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
* Current drivers licence essential
