The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced team environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the efficient retrieval and storage of both physical and electronic records
* Perform mailroom duties, including receiving and dispatching mail
* Create and maintain accurate files and databases
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
* Assist with administrative tasks as required

In this role, you will be working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals. You must be able to work effectively within a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.


Requirements:

* A current valid driver's license is required for driving a van in heavy traffic
* Ability to travel to various sites within the city
* Previous experience in a mailroom or reception role is an advantage
* Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail are essential
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required
* Ability to work well within a team and lead by example
* Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary
* Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
