MAPM International is a multi-brand footwear business behind Clarks, Wild Rhino and Rivers. We're looking for a strategic and driven Commercial Manager to partner closely with the General Manager and take real ownership of business performance.
This is a broad, hands-on role with strong emphasis on P&L ownership, inventory planning and commercial decision-making. It's ideal for someone ready to step up into a role with real accountability and influence.
What you'll be responsible for:
· End-to-end P&L ownership across multiple footwear brands
· Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
· Owning sales forecasts and inventory plans by brand, channel and season
· Managing Open to Buy (OTB) and stock investment decisions
· Driving improvements in stock turn, sell-through, aged stock and markdown outcomes
· Balancing availability, margin and cash flow across the business
· Using data, reporting tools and systems to deliver clear commercial insights
· Supporting leadership with practical, decision-ready recommendations
What we are looking for:
· Strong experience in commercial, planning or analytical roles
· Hands-on exposure to inventory planning and OTB management
· Comfortable working with data, systems and reporting tools
· Advanced Excel and strong commercial judgement
· Retail, footwear or apparel experience highly regarded
· Ready to own outcomes, not just report on them
