Your Role:
* Deliver client-centred, evidence-informed support across a varied caseload (NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, private, and community programs)
* Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored support or intervention plans
* Provide counselling, case management, and advocacy to empower clients to achieve their goals
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress notes in line with professional standards
What You Bring:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work (or nearing completion)
* Eligibility for registration with the AASW
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
