About the Role
Our WA team is growing, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our delivery team.
Whether you're a Cadet ready for the next step or have around 12 months of experience in construction, fitout or project delivery support, we'd love to hear from you.
Supporting Project Managers and Site Teams, you'll help keep projects moving by coordinating documentation, tracking actions, managing information flow and keeping stakeholders aligned. You'll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle while building strong foundations for a long-term career in construction delivery.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Coordinating project documentation, filing and document control
* Maintaining project registers, reports and records
* Following up actions, RFIs, approvals, and project deliverables
* Supporting project planning and delivery activities
* Coordinating meetings and ensuring actions are tracked through to completion
* Supporting WHSEQ compliance documentation and project systems
* Assisting with reporting, purchase orders and project administration
* Working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
* Helping identify issues early and escalating where required

What You'll Bring
* Experience in project coordination, administration or support within construction, fitout or a similar environment
* Exposure to project delivery processes and documentation
* Relevant construction or project qualifications (or currently studying) highly regarded
* Strong Microsoft Office capabilityA willingness to learn, take ownership and grow your career
* Driver's licence required
