The Role:We are currently looking for hospitality workers to work at Wearne House, our residential facility in Mandurah, assisting with cleaning & laundry responsibilities.This role is offered on a casual basis.
Minimum 3 weekdays and 1 weekend availability is required.Key responsibilities:Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areasMaintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organizational valuesConsiders resident lifestyles and personal choiceMaintains effective interpersonal relationships with others, utilizing appropriate channels for assistance guidance and concernsResponds to emergency cleaning requirements as directedAbout youAs a Hospitality (Cleaning & Laundry) Service worker you will be responsible for managing cleaning and laundry routines in line with the schedule.Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policiesAbility to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checksNDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents.Experience working in hospitality service roles, preferably as a cleaner in an aged care/hospital environmentHow to applyIf you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
