As a Trainer, Retail Operations, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering high-impact learning programs that build technical, sales, and operational excellence across our retail and franchisee stores. From onboarding new Tyre Technicians to supporting franchisee store launches, your work will directly influence performance, service consistency, and brand reputation.
You'll deliver nationally recognised training (e.g. Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology), facilitate engaging workshops, assess competency and provide coaching that empowers store teams to thrive. Working closely with retail operations leaders and operational stakeholders, you'll ensure learning solutions are aligned with commercial outcomes and customer expectations.
Whilst located in Victoria, this role supports both Victoria and NSW, offering the opportunity to travel across these regions. This is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful connection with learners.

You're a confident facilitator and passionate educator who thrives on supporting others succeed. You bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every learning opportunity, whether it's in‐person, online, or on the job.
* A solid understanding of the tyre & automotive industry.
* Experience designing and delivering training sessions for adult learners, across a range of learning contexts, including mentoring and blended learning environments.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or a willingness to obtain.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* An ability to connect and build rapport with people at all levels, including learners, peers, and stakeholders.
* A demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver outcomes on time.
* Experience identifying learning gaps through consultation, data analysis, or performance reviews to tailor effective solutions.
* Good analytical and problem‐solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office programs and online and collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom.
