Support Worker Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support solutions to families in need.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver intensive family support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families.
* Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching.
* Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways.
* Conduct home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes.
* Work alongside Child Safety and other government stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support.

* A valid Working with Children Blue Card
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
