This is a senior leadership position suited to a chef with proven Head Chef experience only. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skill in quality control, quantity control and cost management, ensuring consistency across all aspects of kitchen operations.
You will oversee a broad and exciting range of service styles, including:

You will be supported by an excellent team of Sous Chefs and will thrive within a structured, well organised environment.
