How you\'ll make a difference
 * Deliver responsive HR support and advice to employees and leaders
 * Bring a strong focus on internal customer service delivery
 * Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and training activities
 * Provide guidance on HR policy, procedures, and the Enterprise Agreement
 * Support wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
 * Maintain accurate records and employee contracts and payroll liaison
 * Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and systems

We are looking for someone who is
 * Experienced in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Organisational Development
 * Experienced in coordinating recruitment processes
 * Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects
 * A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
 * Innovative, tech savvy and committed to continuous improvement
 * Passionate about equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing
