We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Administration Officer role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
This includes:
* Managing invoicing and purchase orders with precision
* Preparing comprehensive reports, including end-of-month summaries and debtor reports
* Handling payroll responsibilities and maintaining confidential records
* Providing exceptional reception services, including greeting visitors, supporting initial recruitment processes, and answering incoming calls
* Performing general office administration duties to support daily operations
Requirements

* Knowledge of payroll processes and expense management
