Program Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to contribute strategic leadership and oversee the development, management, procurement, evaluation, and enhancement of primary health care services across the Gold Coast.
About This Opportunity
This role ensures initiatives are delivered to agreed standards on time and within budget while fostering strong partnerships and driving continuous improvement. As Program Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across key portfolio areas:
* Primary Health Care Engagement Digital Health Strengthening Medicare Quality Improvement prevention initiatives, and support to primary care during pandemic or emergency management response periods.
* Lead and coordinate project activities ensuring alignment with national state and local strategies and funding agreements.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and population health planning.
* Develop and implement communication strategies facilitate stakeholder engagement and represent at relevant forums.
