Overview
This role is ideal for candidates looking to broaden their experience and move into an HR Business Partner position in the near future, while working across a variety of industries that provide top-tier services to some of Australia's largest companies. The successful candidate will join a supportive team, report directly to the HR Lead, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Key responsibilities
* Acting as first point of contact on HR advisory matters (grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, award interpretation).
* Supporting key HR and Payroll projects, including EA negotiations and payroll transition.
* Managing talent plans and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
* Taking on a broad range of HR-related tasks with flexibility.
Experience required
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Industrial relations experience in Australia, particularly with awards and enterprise agreements.
* Solid employee relations experience, including managing complex investigations end-to-end with proper documentation.
