Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a professional and ethical manner. This includes participating in quality improvement activities, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices through ongoing education and training, and maintaining your core clinical competence specific to your area of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based standards and guidelines.
* Participate in quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
* Maintain your knowledge and skills through regular education and training sessions.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience or equivalent and hold current AHPRA registration. You will also need to be able to complete a satisfactory National Police Check and provide proof of Australian citizenship or work rights.
