Hotel Receptionist Part Time Katoomba
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Club Centra in Katoomba. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our hotel.
About the Role
* Provide professional and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
* Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
* Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records
* Assist with guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
* Availability to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends, nights, and Public Holidays
* Previous hotel experience preferred, but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
