The Role
We're looking for someone who knows content and isn't afraid to get behind the camera — then turns around and runs the full marketing engine across Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
This is a hands-on role. You'll shoot the content, plan the campaigns, co-ordinate emails, plan the ads, and update the website. One person who owns it all and keeps everything moving — from the campaighns to the execution
Campaign Planning & Launches
•Own the marketing calendar — plan colour drops, promos, bundles, and seasonal pushes
•Coordinate across all channels so every launch feels like an event, not an afterthought
•Come with ideas — you're not waiting to be briefed, you're driving the plan
Content Creation
•Get behind the camera and shoot UGC-style video content, product demos, unboxings, and behind-the-scenes footage
•Create scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta (static and video)
•Plan and produce content for organic social, email, and website
Meta Ads
•Plan and co ordinate Meta ad campaigns with a DTC performance mindset
Klaviyo (Email & SMS)
•Coordinate email calendar around launches, promos, and colour drops
Shopify
•Manage and update the Shopify store — product pages, landing pages, banners, collections
•Coordinate website updates for launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
What We're Looking For
•3+ years in DTC / e-commerce marketing — With a physical product brand
•Content creator at heart — you're comfortable behind a camera and can produce quality content with a phone
•Meta Ads experience — you've managed real budgets, scaled campaigns, and understand creative testing
•Klaviyo proficiency — you've built flows and campaigns, not just hit send on templates
•Shopify experience — you can manage pages, collections, and basic updates without a developer
•Strong copywriter — ad copy, emails, social captions — you can write in a brand voice that actually sounds good
•Self-starter — you see what needs to happen and you do it. No hand-holding required
•Organised — multiple campaigns, deadlines, and launches running at once doesn't faze you
