Lasseters is seeking a confident, visible, and decisive Night Operations Manager to oversee all casino floor operations during night trading hours.
This is not a desk role. This is hands-on leadership.
You will be responsible for operational continuity, regulatory compliance, guest safety, service excellence, and cross-department coordination when senior day management is off-site.
What You Bring
* Strong leadership presence on the floor
* Calm decision-making under pressure
* Solid understanding of gaming operations & compliance
* Solid understanding of F&B operations & alcohol compliance
* Experience supervising multi-department teams
* Commitment to responsible gambling, responsible service of alcohol & guest safety
* Ability to work nights, weekends & public holidays
What You'll Do
* Maintain strong visibility across the gaming floor
* Lead night shift teams (F&B, Gaming, Security, Supervisors)
* Monitor compliance & responsible alcohol/gambling obligations
* Manage incidents professionally and decisively
* Protect the integrity of Lasseters' license & reputation
