Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team of construction professionals working on a range of projects in the region. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules and forecasts
* Progress claim assistance and external variations management
* Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
* Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
* Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
* Administration of the project HSE system and compliance
Requirements:
* Senior level construction/building contract/commercial management skills and expertise
* Experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
* Industry relevant degree qualification or equivalent
* Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
* Confident and collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
