Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the finance department, with a focus on accounts payable, purchasing, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Receiving, verifying, and coding invoices; preparing payment runs.
* Purchasing: Generating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders.
* Financial Reporting: Building and maintaining financial reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and charts.
* Administrative Support: Managing calendars, meetings, and deadlines using Outlook (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Requirements:
* Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in accounting or finance.
