About The Role
Join our high‑performing Private Banking team in Melbourne as a Relationship Executive and play a pivotal role in driving growth across our client portfolio. You'll be at the forefront of our distribution strategy — combining relationship expertise, business development, and exceptional service to deepen existing connections and attract new clients.
In this role, you'll work collaboratively within a high performing team to grow and manage a portfolio, offering clients a holistic banking experience tailored to their needs. You'll champion our product suite, meeting clients where they are - whether that's at home, in their practice, or remotely - to truly understand their financial goals and deliver personalised solutions.
You'll also help shape and execute our POD client acquisition strategy, including its marketing direction. Your work will focus on driving strong client acquisition, ensuring our value proposition resonates, and maintaining primary relationship ownership to maximise client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
