* A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability is required; if not certified, our Trainee Carer Program can help you develop your skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to building strong relationships with residents, colleagues and their families
* Ability to work effectively within a tight-knit team and delegate tasks when necessary
