About the Role
We're seeking a
motivated and self-directed
Sales Development Specialist
to support the growth of our digital media and events organisation. This role suits professionals who value autonomy, flexible work, and a clear system to follow each day.
You'll be working remotely and implementing structured marketing processes to support enquiry flow, communicate with interested professionals, and provide access to clear informational steps. This is a contractor role designed for individuals who prefer managing their own schedule while completing defined daily tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
* Use our structured marketing systems to
support daily enquiry flow
* Conduct professional
follow-up via phone, email, and SMS
using templated messaging
* Provide information to qualified candidates and
guide them through structured information steps
* Manage your pipeline
using digital tools and organised tracking
* Complete clear daily tasks aligned with business-wide objectives
* Participate in optional weekly development calls (remote)
This role does
not
involve providing client training, managing staff, or customer service duties.
What We're Looking For

* Confidence communicating with professionals in a clear, warm manner
* Strong organisation and the ability to work independently
