We are currently looking for enthusiastic and hands‑on Trade Assistants – Industrial / Trade to join our supportive and high‑performing teams at our Welshpool and Malaga stores in Perth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer service in‑store, via phone and email
* Assist industrial and trade customers with product advice and sales
* Manage stock, receive / dispatch goods, and maintain displays
* Support product demos, upselling, and promotions
* Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard / forklift work
* Maintain a clean and compliant store environment
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail / trade setting
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)
* Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks
* Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain
* Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal
