What You'll Be Doing This diverse and trusted role will see you supporting both business operations and community-facing initiatives.
From calendar management and internal communication to cultural event planning and stakeholder coordination, you'll play a vital part in keeping our leadership team effective, visible, and connected.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and internal communications for both leaders.
Coordinate dealership-wide and cultural/community events with professionalism.
Draft memos, internal updates, and executive-level documents.
Liaise with Indigenous organisations, VIP visitors, and community partners.
Provide meeting support, take minutes, and track action items.
Assist in staff engagement initiatives and cultural celebrations.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and cultural awareness.
About You You're a natural organiser with excellent communication skills and a calm, confident approach.
You understand the importance of confidentiality, take pride in your work, and enjoy supporting meaningful community and cultural engagement.
You'll bring: Proven experience as an EA, PA, or Senior Administrator.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset and ability to multitask under pressure.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams).
Bonus if you have: Experience in the automotive industry or a cultural/community-facing role.
Familiarity with Indigenous engagement or event coordination.
Confidence creating presentations or executive comms.
Knowledge of Toyota systems or dealership operations.
