Hudson have partnered with a financial services institution who are seeking a Change Analyst to join the team.
This Change Analyst role will work on a Collections transformation spanning several years. The first step of this program is to replace a legacy system. There will be process change, system change and lots of BAU integration and readiness.
Primarily based in Bedford Park in Eastern Adelaide
- about 20 mins from the City Centre by car. The role can work flexibly and will report into the Change Lead.
12 month contract role with the view to extend.
The purpose of this role is to support the change program (and associated change deliverables) meet objectives and deliver business benefits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Focus on the people side of change - including business change impacts, business
processes, systems and technology, and potentially helping the existing BAU teams to reorganise.
- Oversee the collation, review and sign off of business change impacts, and work closely with the change lead and senior change manager in business readiness activities.
- Support the training stream and process stream to develop collateral and schedule and
implement workshops.
- Prepare internal business teams to go live through the establishment of super user and change advocacy forums and working groups.
- Work closely with the change lead and senior change manager to help them execute change
management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise
resistance.
- Ensure all appropriate change documents are reviewed and signed off by appropriate leaders.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in change analysis in complex, large organisations - preferably banking or similar.
- Systems and process change and business readiness experience.
- Collections experience desirable - but not mandatory as long as you have a good feeling for operational teams involving call center agents.
- Good analysis skills and ability to use Excel with some proficiency.
- Presentation and communication (writing) skills - proficient PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to L&D requirements, scheduling and delivery.
- AGILE and Project Management tool proficiency.
- 3+ years relevant experience in a similar level.
