We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This role is an excellent next step in your career, offering the opportunity to work with an ISO-certified company. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, using your technical skills and experience to troubleshoot and resolve queries efficiently. This role is advertised in Cremorne, VIC. However, it could also be based from one of these Viatek offices for the right candidate:
