About the role

The Partnership Strategic Support, Senior Manager provides high-level strategic, analytical, and operational support to the Partnership Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of partner lifecycle processes, transformation initiatives, governance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Manager acts as a trusted advisor and project manager, driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of partnership priorities.

What you'll do

* Partner pipeline and succession support: manage internal and external partner pipelines, conduct readiness assessments and admission pathways, track pipeline health, diversity, and time-to-admission, and deliver insights and recommendations to leadership; support lateral partner hiring and coordinate with the Partnership Development team
* Transformation and change initiatives: project manage partnership transformation initiatives with the Partnership Transformation Director; support the transition of partner operations work to People Solutions, ensuring effective handoffs and issue resolution
* Mobility and policy coordination: coordinate partner movements and related policy, risk, and compliance with Global Mobility and relevant stakeholders
* Performance and development partnering: support PEIS business partnering activities including performance discussions, calibration, and development planning; translate performance outcomes into actionable insights for deployment and succession planning
* Governance and reporting: prepare and maintain governance and board-level reporting on partner matters (pipeline, admissions, succession, mobility, retirements, performance outcomes, and key risks); contribute to policy development and maintenance as a subject matter expert
* Cross-line of service collaboration: partner with People Leaders and Strategic People & Culture Business Partners to deliver partner priorities aligned to business strategy; facilitate collaboration across Lines of Service and specialist teams; work with the Head of People Delivery where applicable
* Operational delivery through People Solutions: define requirements, success measures, and SLAs for partner processes; monitor service delivery, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement with People Solutions and Talent Acquisition
* Special initiatives and executive support: provide support, advice, and execution on special initiatives and time-sensitive issues as directed by the Partnership Director and Head of Partnership; interface with key stakeholders including Office of the CEO, Partner Financial Wellness Director, Managing Director Enterprise, Head of Learning & Development, Global Mobility/HRIS, Legal, Risk & Quality, Independence, and People Leads across Lines of Service

What you'll bring

* Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and strict discretion and confidentiality
* Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills across senior and matrixed environments
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities; high proficiency with Excel and presentation tools
* Ability to navigate complexity, drive outcomes through others, and balance global consistency with local nuance
* Comfort operating across time zones and within a matrixed organization; resilience, agility, and adaptability
* Trust-building mindset grounded in empathy and respectful communication, including in challenging discussions

Desired Experience

* 6–10+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent, or Partner Affairs within professional services or a partnership model
* Demonstrated expertise across the partner lifecycle: pipeline, admissions, succession, mobility, retirements, and performance partnering
* Experience collaborating with Finance, Tax, Rewards, and preparing board-level materials
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred

* Governance and reporting quality: timely, accurate, and actionable board-level materials that clearly highlight outcomes and key risks
* Service delivery excellence: SLAs defined and met; reduced escalations; continuous improvement demonstrated through measurable process enhancements
* Stakeholder satisfaction: strong feedback from Partnership Director, Head of Partnership, People Leaders, and cross-functional partners; effective collaboration across Lines of Service
* Special initiatives execution: timely response to time-sensitive issues and successful delivery of priority projects directed by leadership
