The Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to manage conveyancing matters from start to finish. While a NSW licence is essential, a VIC licence is a bonus (but not essential). This role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to work on a wide range of residential property files.
What You'll Do
* Manage conveyancing files from start to finish.
* Liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, and other professionals.
* Work side by side with our other conveyancer in house.
* Prepare and review contracts, settlement statements, and other legal documents.
* Work within PEXA to lodge documents and manage settlements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Licensed Conveyancer in NSW (VIC licence a bonus).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
* Previous experience in residential property conveyancing.
