The Customer Service Officer is to provide professional and superior customer service to those at Canberra Airport and the surrounding business park, as well as providing relief assistance to the Property Customer Service team when required.
The Customer Service Officer's purpose is to use their initiative and drive to improve the interaction and customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves interacting with the public and being out supporting customers.
**Aspects of this role will include**:
**Customer Service**
- Friendly and polite interactions with all customers
- Responsible for the timely and effective response to all customer inquiries
**Security & WHS**
- Security & WHS responsibilities include acting in accordance with all policies and procedures.
- Maintaining vigilance for suspicious behaviour.
**Kerbside Management & Parking Management**
- Traffic management includes monitoring and controlling all ground transportation. This includes kerbside pickup / drop off
- Direction of passengers and assistance as required.
- Patrol of precinct parking
Working on a rotation roster, 4 days on 2 days off/ 8 hr shift. Operation hours run from 5am - 12 midnight.
