Lead ServiceNow development, enhance university-wide processes, and shape digital service excellence. Apply now to spearhead ServiceNow solutions and transform service delivery at a world-class university.
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, including business rules, client scripts, and workflows to meet complex business requirements.
- Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and patches across production and non-production environments, ensuring system integrity and auditability.
- Monitor platform performance, implement preventative maintenance, and lead enhancements to meet high client satisfaction KPIs.
- Work closely with scrum teams and stakeholders across the university to plan, design, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
You may be a great fit if you are a certified ServiceNow Application Developer with extensive experience in large-scale implementations, possessing deep technical knowledge and a passion for driving innovation in enterprise service management.
- Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications and have a solid background in enterprise application development.
- Demonstrate expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow-specific development tools.
- Have experience with system integration, web services, and service-oriented architecture.
- Possess strong knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead multi-functional teams in resolving complex issues.
