As the business continues to grow and expand, the scope of projects has increased significantly, now reaching across residential land division and infrastructure projects, residential engineering, and small to medium commercial projects.
**What you will be responsible for**:
To support the continued growth of the business and a strong pipeline of work, an exciting opportunity exists for a Civil 3D Designer to support the Land Development Team. This role is critical to the success of the business and will be responsible for designing and developing Civil Plans across all aspects of land development.
**Some recent projects include**:
- TWO WELLS (Liberty) - Township expansion for 3,500 homes (Ongoing)
- MANNUM WATERS MARINA - State of the art marina complex along the Murray River for 650 homes (Ongoing).
- NURIOOTPA (Barossa Estate) - Recently completed 450 home residential estate in the Barossa wine district.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and delivery of drawings for key infrastructure and civil construction projects
- Act as the Civil 3D go-to resource for the business
- Assist the Lead with feasibility assessments
- site inspections to familiarise works undertaking
- Researching for civil projects
- Providing high-quality service and support to internal staff, clients and stakeholders including builders, developers, Councils, Government bodies/departments and service agencies.
**'What you look like' and need to demonstrate to be successful'.**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a civil engineering design role
- Extensive experience and high level of proficiency in civil engineering project design delivery and Civil 3D drafting
- Demonstrated knowledge of materials, detailing and documentation that support the delivery of major projects in the areas of urban road, stormwater and wastewater design.
- Experience building and managing strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
