The successful candidate will support our Central Queensland depot operations across the Bowen Basin and Mackay region, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the Major Contracts manager in all aspects of successful contract delivery across multiple clients and sites in the Bowen Basin.
* Contribute to delivering ongoing business improvement opportunities through JJs on-site supervisors and operators.
* Participate & conduct Toolbox talks with internal and external staff on contract waste management strategies & improvements.
* Strong focus on communication and establishing and managing effective on-site relationships with relative 3rd party stakeholders & internal supervisors.
* Participate in incident investigations, notifications and corrective actions as required.
* Audit and report on waste infrastructure and asset conditions, liaise with depots on refurbishment programs.
* Practice and contribute to site safety and compliance.
* Work to implement Environmental and safety improvements across both new and existing sites.
* Liaise and contribute to administration teams in relation to contract interpretation, billing and reporting.
* Contribute to commercial contract tenders, negotiations, pricing and mobilisation programs as required.

* Experience in client site audits, hazard inspections, KPI reviews and presentations.
