As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Everton Park store from the very beginning. You will build and shape your team, create a fun and high-energy environment, and ensure smooth operations as we bring the Yo-Chi vibes to a brand new community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team
* Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
* Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L outcomes
* Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
* Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
* Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
* Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-focused team culture.
About You
* Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
* Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
* Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
