Job Title: Infrastructure Manager
About the Role:
* The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading a team that plans, delivers and maintains infrastructure across all school sites.
* This role ensures that all facilities are safe and well-maintained to support the organisation's long-term educational goals.
* The manager drives the development and execution of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), collaborates with the Finance team and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About Us:
* We provide corporate services to Schools and Early Learning Centres.
* We have seven Service Areas including Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
* Collaborate with the Finance team.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in architecture, project management or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience with specialised training aligned to the role.
* Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children's Check (WWCC) registrations.
* Driver's Licence.
