A project leader with experience in leading fit-out projects is required to work on a diverse range of clients and portfolios, providing operational planning and direction.
Job Requirements
Ideally, the successful candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, including at least 7 years of project management or supervisory experience within organizations delivering minor and capital works to government, leisure, commercial, and education premises.
* Technical competence in areas such as electrical power supply distribution, CCTV, HVAC, and data communications.
* Prior experience with MS Project, ASITE, Aconex, and/or Hammertech.
* Excellent project management skills, capable of managing the full project lifecycle from costing and pricing to mobilization and ongoing support and progress updates.
