The role involves working on a variety of projects, including valuations, independent expert reports, and expert witness reports for M&A, tax, financial reporting, or family law purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of corporate finance or valuation expertise.
* Strong analytical and report writing abilities.
* Foundation/good understanding of financial accounting.
* An interest in capital markets and a passion for learning corporate finance principles.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
