Key Responsibilities
* Ensure prompt response to rectifying damage or 'wear & tear' to the wheels/rims of customers.
* Work to best practice and service standard protocols, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
* Diagnose/Identify and troubleshoot wheel damage, applying technical expertise to resolve issues.
* Maintain equipment to operational requirements, ensuring safe working practices and high-quality results.
* Inspect every wheel after each process stage of repair, adhering to strict quality control measures.

Requirements
* Aptitude/experience in metal fabrication or a workshop environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
* Forklift licence (LF) or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
* Strong commitment to safety, with a focus on personal responsibility and accountability.
* Ability to perform manual labour tasks, with physical stamina and endurance.
* Punctual, reliable, and a team player with a can-do attitude, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
* Current work rights in Australia, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
