Responsibilities:

* Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for vendor experience improvements, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous iteration.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on strategic initiatives and secure necessary resources.
* Own and report on workstream performance, making adjustments as needed to bridge gaps in progress.
* Launch new products or solutions that improve vendor experience, handling pre-launch and post-launch processes to ensure scalable and automated results.

Requirements:
">Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 5+ years of program or project management experience.
* Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements and communicate results to senior leadership.
* Ability to lead strategy development, end-to-end delivery, and result reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
