The Team You'll be part of the Enabling Services branch, which delivers key corporate functions including communications, cyber security, finance, facilities, governance, and human resources (HR). The HR team supports the agency through recruitment, development, safety and wellbeing, workplace relations, culture, engagement, and workforce planning. The Role As Senior HR Advisor, you will: Be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding performance and conduct matters Manage complex people cases end-to-end in line with legislation, policy, and procedures Coordinate the Performance Development Plan process, providing strategic and operational support Build capability in managers through projects and initiatives that enhance people leadership Draft briefing papers, correspondence, and contribute to procedure development and business improvements Support strategic planning and policy work within the Corporate Division Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies Deliver key HR projects aligned with the annual work plan Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping About You You are a confident communicator with the ability to manage sensitive matters and coach others through complex HR issues.
