Job Description
We are currently looking for a Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser in Perth to join the national team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partners – TPG – Vodafone and Lebara PRE-PAID.
As a Sales Merchandiser, you will work in FMCG channels and be responsible for implementing the clients' retail marketing plans in store, ensuring their product is visible, accessible and available to consumers at all times. You will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and drive further sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Merchandise our clients' products within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels
* Create point of sale displays and complete planograms, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
* Negotiate shelf space with store managers to leverage market share
* Check stock levels for stores and liaise with store managers
* Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
* Hold and utilize Stock and Point of Sale sent to you
* Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
* Provide feedback and relevant data to Field Managers
Location & Hours
Location: Working across Perth serving both the North and South of the city.
Hours/Days: This Part Time role is 19 Hours per week.
Own Vehicle and Drivers License: Essential.
Qualifications
* Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG (particularly Grocery stores) highly desired
* Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
* Creatively minded, thinks outside the box
* Hunger to make a difference in their territory and achieve sales results
* Valid driver license & own reliable car is essential
* Able to work in an autonomous role
* Attention to detail & pride in your work
* Excellent time management skills & a positive attitude
* Able to competently use technology
