The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and hands‐on Coffee Machine & Beverage Equipment Technician to join our head office team on the Gold Coast.
This is a dynamic hybrid role where your time will rotate between:
* Workshop-based repairs and machine refurbishments
* Onsite customer service and preventative maintenance
* Installations and commissioning of equipment
* Technical troubleshooting and phone support
* Assisting the national service team during peak periods
You will become part of a highly skilled technical team supporting commercial coffee machines, grinders, slush machines, and beverage systems across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Service & Field Work
* Install, commission, service, and repair commercial coffee and beverage equipment
* Conduct preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis
* Respond to technical service issues within agreed service levels
* Provide professional onsite and phone-based technical support
* Maintain strong customer relationships and communication throughout service jobs
* Complete service reports, documentation, and repair records accurately
Workshop Responsibilities
* Carry out workshop repairs and machine refurbishments
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults
* Assist with machine preparation and testing
* Support spare parts and workshop stock management
* Assist with incoming and outgoing workshop equipment
National Support
* Provide support to regional technicians during peak periods
* Travel interstate when required to assist with annual leave coverage or additional technician resources
* Work closely with the national service coordination team
Requirements
* Full working rights within Australia
* Current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Preferred but Not Essential
* Experience working with commercial coffee machines or beverage equipment
* Previous field service experience
* Experience using service management systems or reporting software
Additional Requirements
* National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
* Blue Card (or ability to obtain if required)
* Up‐to‐date vaccinations including annual flu vaccination, due to servicing healthcare and aged care facilities
